If you’re reading ALL of the reviews due to needing extra convincing and mine is just your next stop, your journey ends here. For some background, I haven’t been to the dentist in easily 10 years due to a mixture of fears and anxieties along with whatever other reasons I may come up with on any given day. As much as I wanted to keep that streak going, a cracked molar quickly made me realize I needed to get seen sooner rather than later regardless of the experiences I had prior. I certainly wish I could tell you that I had to be tough and strong throughout the entirety of my ordeal, but the truth is that the team here made this entire experience feel dreamlike and the absolutely opposite of an ordeal. From the moment I called in and got my initial appointment scheduled with Zelda I knew I’d be in good hands. They were insanely patient and helpful on the phone and took the abject horror looking into insurance/coverage normally brings with it and set the whole tone for the rest of my experience. When today came around I was still in a near panic thinking about having to follow through with the appointment but when I stepped into the waiting room I was greeted by Anthony and instantly another warm and approachable person gave that immediate reassurance that this was going to be a smooth time. My next hero Rosa was dealing with me at my most nervous and almost lost a finger or two during X-Rays (I wasn’t even in the chair yet 😭) but she saw it through all the way to the end with me! After that introduction and initial check in came the no holds-barred cleaning process. While I have to admit that I’m weirdly partial to the tooth cleaning, it was that much better due to Eric being such a cool and personable guy. Last but not least, while Dr. Trujillo saw me initially upon my arrival, he stepped up to the plate at the end and knocked it out of the park. Not only did he and Rosa pull through on a flawless temporary crown execution, but he also filled a small pit I had in another molar that was non cavity related. P.S. Megan joined Rosa, Dr. Trujillo and myself for the finale crown procedure and I truly believe none of the success we saw would have been possible had she not been there to keep the moral up! All jokes aside, If you’ve made it this far do yourself a favor and call them and see for yourself the quality and value that the team here can offer you. They have shown me that you can genuinely have a good time at the dentist and that you really don’t need to be afraid when you trust the right people.

Wonderful office and full staff!!

I recently had a dental emergency when a crown fell out, and the team at Dentists of Folsom truly came to my rescue. When I called, Anthony was incredibly sympathetic and got me scheduled within two hours, even though I was a brand‑new patient. I was upfront about not having the money to pay for the visit right away, and they told me not to worry about it in the moment, which eased so much stress. Dr. Trujillo examined the tooth and, unfortunately, it couldn’t be saved. He ended up extracting that tooth along with two others that also needed to come out. This left me needing a bridge, something I absolutely couldn’t afford, but they worked with me and found a way to make it possible. Throughout the entire experience, Rosa, Anthony, and Dr. Trujillo made me feel welcome, safe, and genuinely cared for. I have a lot of dental anxiety from past experiences, but they treated me with patience, kindness, and respect. Because of them, I’ve finally found a dental office I trust. They are absolutely my new dental home.
