After having a rough experience at a different dental office, this place completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, everyone at the front desk was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. The lady helping me with the insurance/payment process (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) and the doctor somehow created a completely new version of my name during the appointment, and honestly it was one of the funniest parts of my visit. It immediately made the environment feel more comfortable and less intimidating. I arrived early just in case, and they took me in quickly. The dental assistant who did my X-rays made the process feel easy and comfortable instead of scary. She explained things clearly, shared her own experience, and really helped calm my anxiety. Dr. Brian Peck was extremely professional, careful, and thorough. He explained every step before doing anything, which made a huge difference because I was definitely nervous walking in 😂 After my exam, the front desk clearly explained my treatment plan, insurance information, and payment options without making me feel rushed or confused. Great customer service from start to finish. Eric did my deep cleaning and made the experience much easier than I expected. He explained what he was doing throughout the appointment, checked in often, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can truly tell this office cares about their patients and understands that dental anxiety is real. Professional, kind, patient, and actually human. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful appointment into such a positive experience!

I’m so glad I found Dentists of Folsom. I recently went on Medicare and signed up for AARP’s dental insurance with DeltaDental and picked Dentists of Folsom from their list. They have all the latest technology with 3-D X-rays. The entire staff was very friendly!

To say Dr Peck is awesome, would be a gross understatement. His professionalism, his skill, empathy, commitment, knowledge and dexterous hands are truly in a league of their own. Never in my life have I came across a Dr. Like him. Never felt the need to tell so many people that this Dr is who you want to see, i can prove an example of how i first met Dr Peck. PAIN 2 DAY PAIN NO SLEEP JUST PAIN. I walk in after filling form online, taken back in moments, Dr. Checks tooth visual confirmation of issue, then gives a shot in my gums after checking for alergies, within 8 mins no pain, then Xrays immediately. 10 mins later i have diagnosis and options, 2 mins after my decision the plan decided assistant preps for procedure. 10 mins later root canal starts, 16 mins later done and sealed. Next day no pain no swelling, for me a miracle, by end of day a list of things needing attention, with transparent pricing and options. The day i walked in with pain it was 4:55 pm. They close at 5. He stayed open to treat me, Dr. Peck is my dentist and will remain so. Dr. PECK should be your dentist too.
